claremont speedway is a family-friendly entertainment venue.
Grandstand policies are in place for the fan safety.

 Alcoholic Beverages
Claremont Speedway has a beer garden on top of Turns 1 and 2. Photo identification is required to enter this area. 21 and over only. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited elsewhere. See Coolers/Backpacks/Bags.
 
Animals
Animals (except service dogs assisting those with disabilities) are not permitted in the main grandstands and pit area.
 
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs)
There are no ATM Machines on speedway grounds. There is one located at Tractor Supply on Main Street in Claremont, 1.4 miles from the track.
 
Concessions/Souvenirs
Full-service concession stands are located in both the main grandstand and pit areas. The official speedway merchandise store is located on the grandstand midway between the concessions and tower.
 
Coolers/Backpacks/Bags
Coolers and bags containing food and drink are permitted although we have a full-service concession stand with very affordable pricing. Coolers must be 14” or under in all dimensions. Alcohol or glass containers are prohibited. Please have your coolers and containers available for inspection when entering the speedway.
 
Drone/Remote Controlled Aircraft
Unmanned aircraft systems (drones) are not permitted to operate on Claremont Speedway property unless specific authorization has been obtained from the speedway.
 
First Aid
Fans with injuries can request emergency treatment at the speedway merchandise store located on the midway.
 
Guest Services
Should you need assistance from a speedway employee during your visit, you may do so at the merchandise store or grandstand ticket booth (if open).
 
Live/Broadcast Video – Social Media
Claremont Speedway presents privately-owned entertainment events and as such, viewing rights, live or transmitted, are the property of the speedway. Segments of our events are expressly permitted for transmission without written consent, as long as the combined length of any such segment(s) does not exceed four minutes by any individual during or after any single event. Exceeding those limits is a violation of prosecutable law.
 
Lost and Found
There is a lost and found located in the speedway merchandise store.
 
Overnight Parking
Due to the late night nature of our events, overnight parking is permitted by race teams. No open fires are permitted. Grounds must be clear by 10 AM the following day.
 
Parking
Parking is always free for every event. Handicapped parking is available in front of the main grandstand ticket booth or next to the pit grandstands with pit admission.
 
Photography/Video
Photography and/or videotaping occurs at every event. Your presence constitutes your release, permission and consent to be photographed and/or recorded on any media. By entering the facility, you hereby consent that such photographs and recordings of you may be used in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity.
 
Public Address Announcements
Have your birthday, anniversary etc. announced over the PA system by dropping off your request at our official speedway store on the midway.
 
Restrooms
Restrooms are located behind the grandstand tower, in the beer garden, and the backside of the pit garage.
 
Safety and Security
Fans are required to stay away from the fence during racing action. Access to the track is not permitted from the grandstand area, even during victory lane celebrations. Access to the track can be gained with a paid pit admission.
 
Spectator Conduct
Claremont Speedway aims to provide a fun, family atmosphere for all those in attendance. Spectators using abusive or profane language or engaging in illegal activities will be asked to leave the property. Please report disturbances to the nearest uniformed employee or security officer.
 
Smoking/Tobacco Products
Use of tobacco products (cigarettes, pipes, cigars, etc.) and tobacco substitutes (e-cigarettes, vaporizers, etc.) is prohibited in the grandstand seating. Use on the midway and beer garden is permitted. Please dispose of materials in the appropriate receptacles.

Ticket Policy
Ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event of rain, your ticket will serve as your rain-check for a designated date. Grandstand tickets may not be used to upgrade to pit passes but a pit pass (bracelet) will serve as valid grandstand admission.

Weapons
Weapons of any description are not permitted on speedway grounds.
