Claremont Speedway is a 1/3 asphalt oval located at 282 Thrasher Road. Conveniently located only 4.3 miles from Interstate 91 in Vermont, Claremont Speedway was created in 1947 as a dirt oval on the Fleury Farm and eventually was converted to asphalt in 1973. Tour Type Modifieds, Super Streets, Street Stocks, and 4-Cylinder Wildcats make up our weekly racing series while seven different touring series visit the speedway throughout the season. Practice begins at 4:00 pm on Wednesday nights (event weeks) and Friday nights. Post time is 7 pm.
